- The Comal Users Group in the USA is still quite active and alive. They
- have a regular (weekly) meeting on Quantum Link still, and the
- moderator there is Len Lindsey (sp?) who was Captain Comal who authored
- several of the begginers books. There is a more powerful version on
- cartridge now but the disk based version is available for download from
- Q. The language has a number of nice features and versions are
- available for a lot of different machines like IBM and Apple besides
- the Commodore 64. the same listed program will run on all the machines
- that support a feature, I believe.
- Besides some of the Pascal and BASIC mix mentioned earlier, the
- language also supports "turtle-graphics" that are associated with Logo.
