- When REU's first came around about three or four years ago, I wasn't
- interested and paid no attention to the information. Now I'm thinking
- about getting one for my C-128.
-
- Does anyone here have any recommendations? I understood that the 1764 was
- for the C-64 and the 1750 for the C-128 when Commodore first produced them.
- Now there are 1750 clones on the market that are advertised as not straining
- the power supply so much, reconditioned 1764's and 1750's, and a couple
- things sold by CMD called the RAMDrive and the RAMLink. What are the
- advantages of any over the others?
-
- I am not giving up my SwiftLink, so if any of the REU's are not compatible
- with it, please point that out and I'll rule those out right off.
-
- Thank you folks for your assistance.
