Over the weekend, I picked up a 520 ST. When I turn it on, the screen flashes
white for a fraction of a second, then goes black. The computer doesn't seem
to be looking at the drive (looking for a boot disk), so I assume TOS exists
in ROM (this is my first experience with an ST.) Shouldn't I get some sort
of display here? I opened the case and checked all the voltages. Everything
checks out. I noticed a bunch of empty sockets off to the right. There were
2 ROM (?) chips installed, but I suspect there may be more necessary (?)
