  34. AutoSwitch OverScan is an improved version of OverScan with much better
  35. software and a better hardware. It's built in the computer (not the monitor)
  36. and improves all resolutions. The developers are the same as for the original
  37. PD-Overscan so they know what they're doing. The autoswitch means that the
  38. software can switch from the enhanced overscan resolution (e.g. 708*480) back
  39. to 640*400 if the current software doesn't work fine with the higher
  40. resolution. And it switches back to the enhanced resolution after the program
  41. finishes.

  44. I just can talk about the compatibility of AS-Overscan because i've never got
  45. an 16Mhz board. The compatibility is very high because you activate the
  46. Overscan resolutions in the auto folder and because of the autoswitch feature
  47. (see above). Games with autostart are no problem because without the overscan
  48. software you've got a normal ST.
