  31. It's 16-bit and 32768 colours: 5 bits for red, 5 bits for green and 5 bits
  32. for blue, no LUT and therefore the term "true colour", even if it isn't
  33. 24 bits. The remaining bit is used for special purposes, for example as an 
  34. overlay bit for video titling/genlocking.
