- Well, I hate to rain on anyone's parade, but in the release specs,
- there's mention of a new keyboard chip, so hooking up an old ST or TT
- keyboard is probably not an option. As they used the 1040 case, though,
- it might be possible to fit the new keyboard in a mega keyboard case,
- and fake up a new cable.
- I had the same thoughts when I heard the Falcon came in a 1040 case.
- After you have a printer, monitor, and any other assorted cables sticking
- out of the back of the case, it's a b*tch moving the computer around.
- Besides, I'm gettinb real used to typing with the keyboard in my lap.
- Atari hasn't said what new keyboard chip they're using, maybe it'll
- be the same on as in a clone keyboard. Probably not, though.
