- I tried to run Elvis (the version I have is 1.3) on my TT, and I get some
- error message that is displayed (and then the program exits to the desktop)
- so fast that I can't really read it. From what I was able to make out, it
- sounds like it is complaining about something in its environment. I see
- that there's an ELVIS.RC file in the directory (I unpacked into a separate
- ELVIS directory) - is there something I need to change in that file to make
- Elvis work on my TT? (I currently have 2MB of ST RAM [:-( my 2MB ST RAM
- expansion board went bad, screwing up the video, and my dealer is waiting
- on a replacement], and 4 MB of TT RAM.)
-
- STeVIe works fine (I miss some of the ex [':'] commands etc. that were not
- ported from vi though) on my TT.
-
- Please reply by email if possible. (I'd be happy to summarize responses in
- a later posting!)
