  13.  I am attempting to write a 
  14. program that accesses the modem, and I have a question:  Is there a 
  15. convenient way to set/drop DTR and RTS?  I haven't found any way to do this. 
  16.  An example in C would be most helpful, or even in assembly if that's the only
