  26. Elvis 1.5 is the latest official release version.  Version 1.6 is still
  27. in beta release and shouldn't be widely distributed to people who don't
  28. wish to deal with source code and report bugs.  I've been using 1.6 since
  29. about May and it does have various little bugs.  It is very easy to port
  30. to MiNT, since MiNT's libraries are so BSD-like (however, there are always
  31. little things that need fixing here and there).
