  11.   Hi there.  I got so much help from my fellow Atarians in my searches for
  12. MIDI file specs and PD Minesweeper games, that I had to come back with
  13. another query!  THis time I need some sort of a dump utility.  That is,
  14. something that will let me view binary files as groupings of hex digits. 
  15. I obviously can't use a text editor because trying to look at binary files 
  16. with that puts a jumble of half fujis and quarter "Bob"s on my screen.  SO,
  17. if anyone can tell me what a good PD dump utility is, I would be very appre-
  18. ciative.  Thanks.

  20. BTW, I need this so I can look at actual standard MIDI files and take them
  21. apart as sort of a black box thing.  As much as I read, I can't seem to get
  22. a handle on this stuff.
