  21.     Does it just require a cable looped from the ST's OUT->IN?  Actually
  22.     if the out was broken, a perfectly good in could be suspected of

  26.     or detaching a cable with the power on?  A friend of mine
  27.     blew the optoisolator in his MIDI bass that way...
