- Many, many people are scared off by a challenge. Y'see, if they can't
- figure out in five seconds, they figure it's impossible. I, OTOH, play
- at a game and if I die, I keep trying, because I *know* that it *is*
- possible to get through that spot. If I turn out to be wrong, then I
- lose all respect for the designer, who was too scatterbrained to know
- how to create a properly balanced videogame, and I cease to play it.
- Period. Properly balanced video games (includes almost all those
- made by Atari) don't need solutions, just practice.
