  19. I don't see how Bobterm could lose characters on an Ascii upload.  Check the
  20. help files on your host system; also you might want to experiment with the
  21. delay rate.  According to my notes, you can upload files to the archive by
  22. mailing them to jrd@stony-brook.scrc.symbolics.com .  Be sure to include a
  23. description of the file.
