- Bill, try using Sparta3.2d, it is the prefered dos...goes off without a
- hitch using that. No problems with #s as the 1st character of filesnames
- either.
- Yes, I use it. All you got to do is read the docs.

-
- Sorry, Bill, but it takes a 64k machine to run it, at least.
- It wont run from stock 800s. On stock 800xls there is a .DCMed file
- on the conversion to use Atari dos with a small RD to fit the fonts in.
- The reason the fonts NEED to be in a RD is they have to load FAST.
-

-
- There's not enough memory in the 8bit to handle the modem handler, Bobterm and the CGS handler and what you propose.
- The CGS system is an efficient, well thoughtout system and I doubt if we
- had it before this that the 8bit would have died so fast.
- Comeon, Bill, most of us have ramdisks!

- Sorry, Bill, but I think the fonts are quite attractive. The program is
- graphics oriented..the Sysop only has to choose a graphics mode to be sent
- to the receiving computer and the handler
- tells the system to change back and forth. Also, it looks fine from my
- son's RCA Colortrak TV.
