  10. Does anyone know of a drawing program for a IIc that could be used to make
  11. schematics.  I would like to be able to pick out a component and rotate it,
  12. flip it or whatever, and place it at a particular spot.  I know the Macs can
  13. do this and maybe a IIgs but how about my IIc?
