  39.     Well just hang on a little while there Kelly.  If you are new to the
  40. group or missed my earlier post, I am intending to open exactly such a 
  41. service, assuming the response from users and authors is there (and it
  42. seems to be).   I'm just waiting for my business to be officially registered
  43. with the government so that I can open up my Cdn. & US bank accounts and
  44. get my Visa vendor's license (and possibly others).  If all goes well, then
  45. the service could be ready as early as the beginning of September.  Please
  46. feel free to email me, Kelly, if you'd like more info.

  48.     Soon I'd like to start discussing acceptable terms with interested
  49. shareware authors, so that we can work out something quickly.
