  19.   Haven't they been discussing just this subject on news.groups?  It's
  20. _not_ impossible to do.  If the moderator dies, moderation can probably
  21. be removed or transferred in very little time (i.e., a new RFD/CFV is
  22. not necessary).  This is especially true since comp.binaries. moderated
  23. has three backup moderators.
