- Haven't they been discussing just this subject on news.groups? It's
- _not_ impossible to do. If the moderator dies, moderation can probably
- be removed or transferred in very little time (i.e., a new RFD/CFV is
- not necessary). This is especially true since comp.binaries. moderated
- has three backup moderators.
