- Yes--it's the Control Manager, foolishly believing that since the 640/320
- mode recently changed it needs to force the screen to redraw because there
- could be some scroll bars that are using the wrong "gray" color for the
- page regions.

- Of course, it's never necessary to redraw the screen right after the Control
- Manager gets started. In the next disk, it's smart enough to realize that.

- (I put in some of the gray-scroll-bar stuff very *late* in the 6.0 project,
- and nobody noticed the extra redrawing in time to fix it for that version.
- This is a good example of a "cosmetic" bug. It's not messing anything up,
- it's just annoying.)
