- Hi all!
-
-
- I recently acquired a TransWarp GS and am interested in making it
- run faster. Here are my questions. I've heard about a Sanyo CPU that can
- run 15MHz. Is this true? Where can I get one? Is the 32k cache
- upgrade the little daughterboard containing 3 SRAMs and an EPROM?
- What speed of SRAM chips do you need and is there a way to calculate
- the speed? Also, how can I tell if I have the PALs that can run at
- 15MHz?
-
- Now for my second topic. Currently I am running a Princeton Graphics
- system UltraSync monitor on my IBM. This monitor is VGA and
- Multi-Sync. I made a custom cable and use this monitor on my IIGS
- also. But, I want to get a new monitor to use on both my computers.
- The problem is I don't know the horizonal and vertical scan rate for
- the RGB analog output on the IIGS. I've heard that most monitors
- won't work with the GS so I need to know.
-
- Any help is greatly appreciated.
