- Actually, 16mm is full screen. 35mm is around two-thirds height
- and 70mm is a bit taller than half-height. "Television" mode is the
- smallest of all (presumably for 2.8 MHz machines).

- I don't think so. It might be faster to animate only lines rather
- than solid polygons, but you lose the use of one colour in the palette.
