  17. That's not how it works. You need an internet connected machine that you have
  18. an account on first. Then you use the "ftp" program to login as "anonymous"
  19. to tybalt and you're ready to go.

  21. Caltech has a public dialup, but you need accounts on our machines for that
  22. to do you any good. We don't have guest accounts.
