  14. I'm in trouble running the invol utility at SR10.4 on two 
  15. DN3500.
  16.  
  17. They crashed after the question that asks you for the 
  18. Physical volume name. 
  19. At this time the program seems to be stopped for a few 
  20. moments and at last the machine crash with the stcode 
  21. 80003 : crash disk controller time-out (OS/disk manager)
  22.  
  23. Those two machines have a WD7000 controller supplied by 
  24. Apollo.

  26. - One of them has one 700 Mb disk
  27. - The other one has two 700 Mb disks. 
  28.  
  29. I suspect there is a problem with the rev. of those 
  30. controllers or a bug inside the invol program ...
  31.  
  32. In a word  ===>  INVOL-SR10.4 + WD-7000 + 700 Mb disk = CRASH ! 
  33.  
  34. Does somebody has this kind of trouble ? Could it be cured ?
