- Leonard Zubkoff of Lucid wrote some patches for Emacs to dump an
- executable image, but he mentioned that his code now fails to work with
- 10.4.
-
- John Vasta of HP/Apollo was kind enough to supply a new version of
- unexapollo.c that works with sr10.4. You can get it by ftp from
- archive.umich.edu, in the file apollo/epoch-4.0-patches.tar.Z .
-
- Are you sure this works correctly for all cases? I had a friend testing a
- version with these same changes to unexapollo.c and they did not work for him
- (I've never installed SR10.4, nor do I expect to anytime soon). Other than
- getting unexapollo.c working for SR10.4, I have a version of modifications for
- Emacs 18.58 just waiting to be released.
-
- In private email I just received another patch from Rob Stanzel at Apollo, so
- maybe I can finally wrap this up for SR10.4. Anyone out there running SR10.4
- who can allow me inbound ftp and is either willing to run the build and send me
- the log, or let me temporarily login to try the build?
