  13.     Does SAS/C provide a flock() (a BSD system) call?  If not, is there
  14. a way to get a FileHandle from a file descriptor so I could use LockRecord?

  17. to a.out that GCC 2.2.2 will understand?  I would like to link rexxvars.o and
