  23. Well, CATS is a developer support function/department.  It is not set up
  24. to deal with non-developers.  (It does not have the staff or budget)
  25. The Native Developer Kit (4 disk of great stuff) is available from
  26. "Department C" here at Commodore.  You will need to mail your order in.
  27. The cost for the NDK is $20 (plus $3 for shipping in the USA)

  35. Many things are available only to registered developers, including
  36. direct support from CATS.  If you wish to become a developer, contact
  37. CATS for an application.  If you just wish to obtain things such as
  38. the NDK, contact "Department C".
