  14.      I've been trying to get information reguarding the exact price for
  15.  the Native Developer's Update Kit and this mysterious thing called
  16.  ToolMaker.  Since I didn't get any replies, I decided to call CATS
  17.  directly.  Before I could get half a dozon words out, the person asked
  18.  me if I was a developer.  Well, I said no.

  20.      She immediately told me that I had to call my local dealer and they
  21.  couldn't help me at all.

  23.      Now, wait a minuete.  Am I to believe that this stuff is available 
  24.  only to registered developers, or do they only tell the price of it to
  25.  developers?  This is the second time I've called CATS, and it's the
  26.  second time I've gotten no help whatsoever.  First time I called, the
  27.  person I contacted never heard of the native developer's disks.

  29.      Am I to believe that I just can't get the disks and information?
