- Hmmm... as to the reason, it *might* have been a temporary solution to a
- problem with the menu bar... or then, maybe not. All IMHO. I have no real
- idea. The top of the screen *is* rather special relative to the other sides...
- if a screen is pulled down, intuition (right?) has to make special checks as
- to whether the pointer is off the top screen or not, et al. with any other
- layers of screens which might be partially displayed. It also has the menu
- bar (sans those utilties which stick the menu to the pointer). Perhaps???
