  20. Yes, that was done by design.  We wanted to document Toolmaker, not the system.
  21. I would like to have included a lot more about using 2.0, but it would have
  22. gotten us away from the matter at hand, Toolmaker.  Still, though, if you
  23. find that the combination of the RKMs and the Toolmaker is not enough, we
  24. might be able to squeeze a little more into the documentation for the next 
  25. version of Toolmaker.
