- Try cross connecting RTS-CTS as well - the program may be using hardware flow
- control. (Hmm.. that's often called '7 wire', so there are probably a couple
- more.. try cross connecting DSR and DTR, or maybe linking CTS to DSR at each
- end, if that doesn't work...

- Probably the best bet is to look in a cable catalog and see what they do :-).
- Many of them list which pins are connected to which.
