- Your cable sounds fine to me. If you want to check, the connections necessary are:
- pin 7 to pin 7
- pin 2 to pin 3
- pin 3 to pin 2

- If you manage to get the cable working, try playing Stunt Car Racer or Populous
- or one of the many other games which can use a null-modem connection.
