  13.      Hi everyone.  I'm looking for a hard drive controller that will work 
  14. with an Amiga 2000 that has WB 2.04 installed and a Seagate 296N half height
  15. 5 1/4" drive formatted at 80 megs.  It also has a Microbiotics 8UP! ram board.
  16. The controller would of course have to allow me to keep the board and all.  I'm
  17. just looking for a no-frills card (don't need an accelerator or ram expansion).
  18. If anyone has one that they 'know' will work on this setup, drop me a mail 
  19. message.  Even if someone doesn't have a card for sale, but has the same setup
  20. and knows what kind of inexpensive card will work, please tell me what 
  21. kind it is and the name of the company that makes it.  I'm buying this system
  22. used and the controller that comes with it is not compatible with WB 2.04.  
  23. Since I know absolutely nothing about hard drives and controllers, I figured
  24. I had better get some help before going off and wasting $150 bucks on a 
  25. card that won't work.  Thanks a lot.
