- This is not a good idea. 3M's toll-free hotline has told me that
- reading/writing using the DC600A cartridges will eventually wear out
- the tape head. The figure I got was "after approximately 1000 hours".
- The DC6150 and DC6250 tapes do not have as abrasive a magnetic coating
- on them and are considered "ok". Throw out those DC600A's or see if
- you can sell them!
