  14. Recently I mentioned Animation Station in ../graphics. Somebody then
  15. jumped up and start talking about "enforcer" and "uses low memory" as
  16. being mortal sins by the programmers.

  18. Now, what do these words stand for? I've searched for those words in
  19. the FAQ without finding anything.
