  18. Since the '040 has to emulate some '882 instructions with software, perhaps the
  19. '040/'882 combo is legit... perhaps the '040 won't have to soft-emulate any
  20. instructions, it can pass them on to the '882.  Not as fast as having those
  21. instructions on-chip, but faster than software.
