  10. Hello,
  11.     I have the following configuration:

  13. Amiga 2000 w/ GVP controller
  14. 1 Internal HD
  15. 1 Internal floppy Drive
  16. 1 External Drive
  17. AMAX Cartridge with MAc external drive.
  18.  
  19. My question is how many external HD's can I hook up ?

  21. I believe I can have only four floppies, and 7 SCSI devices,
  22. since the eight is taken by the controller/cpu itself (wrong ?)
  23.  
  24. So currently I have df0: and df3: as working floppies,
  25. df1: reserved for the 5 1/4 inch bay, and df2: taken by Amax
  26. and Mac drive.

  28. I assume that the partitions on the internal HD do not
  29. count as multiple devices, only the physical device matters.

  31. So I should be able to hook up two more external drives to
  32. my system ?

  34. Have I missed something ? Got it wrong ?
