  10.   I recently purchased a Mattel Powerglove for $20 at the local K-Mart.
  11. I built the cable described in the 1st issue of AC Tech and was
  12. disappointed to find that it did not work.  After checking the 
  13. glove on a Nintendo (it worked OK), I tried the cable and glove on
  14. a friends Amiga.  It worked, but I thought the cable had a loose 
  15. connection.  After making a new cable, it still would not work on
  16. my machine (A2000).  While in the process of diagnosing the problem,
  17. (I won't go into any more detail) I removed my GVP 3001 accelerator 
  18. card and lo and behold, the glove WORKED!!!

  20.   Even though the article mentions accelerators and A3000s, the 
  21. software provided does not work with an accelerated Amiga.  Is there
  22. a newer version than what came on disk with AC's Tech?  I could
  23. try to fix the software myself, but I don't have a Modula 2 compiler.
  24. Any hints on a newer version of the software would be appreciated.
