- As I followed up with before and will mention again - they did finally
- respond with a letter in my SASE with a return number. I've since sent
- in the modem for them to check out and am awaiting their reply. Hopefully
- it won't be much longer (my temp 1200 is sooo slow:). Although it's too
- bad that they're so hard to reach via telephone, at least letters work
- (knock on wood).
