- Well, just installed my new 1 meg Agnus and it worked like a charm!
-
- Here's my question/problem/dilemma:
-
- How can I make the screen bearable in either NTSC or PAL?
- WHat I mean by that is when I have a PAL screen, the top line is at the top
- of my monitor, but the lowest line is a couple of inches up from the bottom.
- When I switch into NTSC, the screen is squished a bit in the middle of the
- screen with lots of space above and below it. I have a 1084D, which has
- a Vertical Width screw in the back, and a Vertical Hold dial on the front.
- Now, the Vertical Hold dial isn't too useful, because if I move the screen down
- a bit and twiddle the dial to freeze it there, when I switch into NTSC and then
- back to PAL it jump back up to its original height with all the blank space
- at the bottom. Now, my friend has an older 1084 which has a Vertical Height
- knob and he was able to position the screen in the middle and then increase
- it's height to make it more even. Is there any way I can achieve this?
- Does it have to do with my Workbench preferences? My monitor?
-
- Thanks,
-
