- If I am not mistaken, with a KwikstartII board you can have 2.0 ROM installed
- and still boot from old 1.1/1.2/1.3 Kickstart Disks. My friend is using this
- between 1.3 ROM and 1.1 Kickstart (for very old games) and all you have to do
- to stop using the ROM is hold Ctrl-Amiga-Amiga for 5 seconds and it switches
- between disk based and ROM based Kickstart. Since he hasn't upgraded to 2.04
- yet, I haven't seen it work with that yet. It was useful to test the failure
- modes of my 2.04 only software under old Kickstarts. I had to change the
- floppy Icon, since trying to open the 2.04 disk icon crashed 1.1 Workbench.
