- This query is primarily directed towards Perry of ASDG and Ben of Black Belt:
-
- Is there any possibility that future incarnations of either AD Pro or
- Imagemaster will incorporate conversion capabilities for structured graphics?
- While I realize that both packages are directed towards bitmap image
- manipulation, I feel that there is a significant demand in the market for a
- facility to convert vector-based images, particularly for DTP and multimedia.
- Considering the well-deserved reputations of both companies, I'm sure that
- support for such formats (CDR, DRW, WPG, IMG, EPS, DR2D etc.) would make
- AD Pro and Imagemaster (or a stand-alone package) even more marketable.
- Add an autotrace function for existing bitmaps and you would have a
- versatile set of tools for a wide spectrum of interests.
-
- Just a thought,
-
- Mark
