- For gods sake, no, don't do this. Any major ftp site has a ls-lR.Z file
- in their pub dir. A recursive ls costs resource, and if ppl do that
- every half hour or so, the machine will soon not be a ftp server any more,
- unless it's a dedicated one, and even then it is wasteful behaviour.
- Not to mention that you save yourself time if you get a compressed and
- thus smaller file.
- (for the real newbies ... .Z means you need binary transmission set.)
