- Civilization is amazingly addictive. More so than even railroad
- tycoon.

- One fun tactic I found is to pick a person on your starting
- contintent and trade technology with him as often as possible.
- This allows you a leg up in the tech race, then, to avoid
- having a competitor who got that same leg up, you kill him.
- It worked well in the game I am playing now, although I traded
- once with one other player on my continent as well.

- I was leary of trading like this in earlier games, because I
- did not want to help my competitors. But the trade then kill
- strategy has worked well. Ah, I LOVE a free market.
