  23. Go back to the bloody lip bar and grill, and mix some drinks together which
  24. will give you an especially "thick" loogi.  :)  Then, when the wind is
  25. blowing (look for the dress on one of the spectators to start moving), spit
  26. away.  Also, be sure to use the horn, which will distract the spitmaster. 
  27. Then, pick up the flags and "cheat" a bit.  You need to do this before
  28. attempting to spit.
