  33. That would be nice assuming that we have some means of knowing who
  34. they are.  I suspect that we don't. Very few folks actually send in
  35. those registration cards. So I have no idea how this will be done. We're 
  36. still addressing the issue.

  42. I have. Massachusetts drivers are simply aggressive and a tad crazy. I
  43. can deal with that. Pennsylvania drivers are lame and inconsistant.
