- I currently have the Sound Master sampling hardware with AudioMaster IV
- which is great... however.... I really would like to be able to play
- samples of various rates triggered by MIDI input, ie: I need to be able
- to assign sounds to keys, split the keyboard, etc. and also it should be
- able to play chords.
-
- All the sequencer/MIDI type packages all only playback at 8kHz, and I
- need the improved quality of 16-32kHz. This is all with a view to live
- gigging so the MIDI stuff is more important. I know OctaMED pro can
- assign samples to keys, but it only plays at 8kHz and I haven't figured
- out how to split the keyboard.
-
- So is there a package out there to do that. AMAS II can do it but I
- don't want to buy an entirely new sampling system.
