- Could you please elaborate on what the 'problem' is? I realize part of
- this to be very _typical_ of AT&T, but surely they cannot see this older
- technology to be a risk factor in the market. And given the fact that
- it's not like they're releasing it into the public domain, but through
- signed non-disclosure contracts. They're free to keep an eye on us,
- and nothing will prevent them from sueing someone if they screw up... ;)

- say anything, which was bugging the lawyer you're in contact with. If
- no one has the authority to say anything, then how on earth will this
- ever be resolved? Fire the lawyer?
