  21.     Could you please elaborate on what the 'problem' is?  I realize part of
  22.     this to be very _typical_ of AT&T, but surely they cannot see this older
  23.     technology to be a risk factor in the market.  And given the fact that
  24.     it's not like they're releasing it into the public domain, but through
  25.     signed non-disclosure contracts.  They're free to keep an eye on us,
  26.     and nothing will prevent them from sueing someone if they screw up... ;)

  29.     say anything, which was bugging the lawyer you're in contact with.  If 
  30.     no one has the authority to say anything, then how on earth will this
  31.     ever be resolved?  Fire the lawyer?
