    It's small, so here it is, uuencoded.  (I don't remember whether
uuencode came with the system, or whether I had to get and copile it.  If
that is the case, find just about *ANY* other unix system, and it should
have uudecode present.

    Happy converting.  You'll need to run it on your shared libs, on the
appropriate module(s) extracted from the std /lib/libc.a and re-installed,
and on several time-related executables which don't use shared libs.
(Probably you should just make up a shell script to identify all system
binaries which don't use the shared libs.  Dstconvert will not change
anything which doesn't have an exact match for the code which it is trying
to patch.
