  20. O'Reilley Publishers has just come out with a book on programming using
  21. DCE's RPC.  I believe it is Pentice-Hall that has recently released an
  22. overview book on DCE (it's the only manual that has been turned into a 
  23. general book -- for the rest of the manuals, you need to buy a complete
  24. set).

  26. If you have access to the IBM magazine, AIXpert, there was a 2-part 
  27. series on DCE about 6-9 months ago.  Quite good, too.

  29. You can buy the DCE manual set from OSF for $495US (plus shipping, I 
  30. believe).

  32. Regarding DME, I do not believe there are any books out on that yet. 
  33. Maybe someone else can fill you in on papers.
