- Hello there,
- I met someone from Greenpeace the other day, and they said they had
- a need for a computer program (for an IBM compatible PC) that would allow
- them to search a database of member's skills. That is, if a Greenpeace
- member indicates that they are willing to volunteer their services if
- required at some point in the future, they can give a list of their
- professional/non-professional skills (e.g. computer programmer, clerical,
- transport), then Greenpeace could simply do a key-word(s) search of the
- database to get a list of potential helpers. Before launching into the task
- of writing a program to do this, I would like to know if anyone out there
- has a program to do this, or something similar. Any suggestions are
- welcome.
