  14. complaint? Are there too many things still in the queue? If not, why
  15. even worry about c.s.r.?

  17. Now c.s.u., that's a different matter. When an author submits a
  18. package that goes through several revisions while the moderators sit
  19. on it, so that the posted version is way out of date... then
  20. something's wrong. When people start posting to alt.* groups in self
  21. defense, it's time for a new moderator.
